I've seen this all before, at all sorts of other mining OTC operations. You have nothing here on any of these links proving there's real ore at any of these locations. Bare speculation at best. No leases like this are granted to guys who can't mine it in two years. They've been putzing around for 5 and have nothing but losses to show for it.
