It just means the new low is $1.20.

Last time time on January 13 the offering was for .80 cents which it never went below

Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a price of $0.80 per share, for gross proceeds of $40,000,000, before deducting
placement agent fees and other offering expenses.

Late last fall the Offering was fot .50 cents.

This is going up from here.

You have to remember they are building 2 huge facilities . one in Montana and one in Massachuets i believe.

Those offering are not going for bonuses.
