I wonder if Mari's Plaintiff DA partner, Robert Stewart is a registered dealer In Texas?

We know about the thirty centers, but where are these $.10 stock sales in the CDEx SEC filings?

arloco...I'm hoping I had a part in bringing attention to that situation. There could even be a little more added on if some of those shares were sold before their time, as per the PP agreement, if ya knows what I mean.

Mari, if your reading this board, whatchathink? LOL

Something tells me Dawn was manipulated (although I'm sure she got something for her trouble) into being a patsy for someone else. Guess who I think it is/was? Looks like everyone isn't walking away squeaky clean afterall. LOL

Now if they'll come down on them hard, instead of the usual slap on the wrist and a parking meter type fine, maybe they'll GDF and tell all they know.

GDF = Getting down first That's the new term for snitching!! LOL

Arloco: you should see what's been up with old Jim Bolt from GECC - his Federal felony trial (along with his longtime attorney and now co-defendant, John Dodge) is schedule to begin 29 January 2007. John and Jim are in the soup now - this would be Jim's third felony conviction - and he has an outstanding bench warrant from the Federal District Court in Oklahoma City relating to his perjured testimony in the Terry Nichols case.

Both Bolt and his wife have separately filed Chap 7 bankruptcy, their house is being auctioned on 07 Feb 2007 for failure to make mortgage payments.

John Dodge and his wife Liz have also filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

They are up on wire fraud, mail fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the US government. The FBI set up a sting that nailed them, but hard.

Trial begins on the 29th assuming no late motions for postponement.

Definitely worth a read about how the FBI stung them.

What a deal, buy at .10 and sell at .75, I wonder who authorzied those sales at CDEx and if that person received a tax-free kick back?

Who would like to invest in this honest little company?

A quick note to bring something to light in case no one picked up on it.

"5. Guimond entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement in November 25, 2002, for the purchase of 500,000 shares of Common Stock of CDEX at a price of $50,000, paying $.10 a share."

At the time MP was selling Guimond 500,000 PP shares at 0.10 per share, other PP investors were paying between $2.00 & $2.50 per share. WOW!! What a deal! Sounds too good to be true, don't it? I wonder how those other PP'ers feel about that. Looks a little shady to me. Whatchathink?
