A quick note to bring something to light in case no one picked up on it.
"5. Guimond entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement in November 25, 2002, for the purchase of 500,000 shares of Common Stock of CDEX at a price of $50,000, paying $.10 a share."
At the time MP was selling Guimond 500,000 PP shares at 0.10 per share, other PP investors were paying between $2.00 & $2.50 per share. WOW!! What a deal! Sounds too good to be true, don't it? I wonder how those other PP'ers feel about that. Looks a little shady to me. Whatchathink?
