Good luck with that theory, but I suspect you'll be disappointed. Disclosure, I've been out of the stock for a couple of days, still holding some warrants.
As far as PR's, there have been a couple recently, but at best they only provided a brief pop. The 10-K may provide some help, but I think you'd be better off betting on the color provided by the conference call, provided they decide to have one.
Potential is there, but the path is littered with companies that had great potential but failed to reach it. Biden's EV commitment is a plus, but when and how it would impact a company like Isun is yet to be determined. Lots of competition with companies with solar energy products. And even if the above fall to Isun's advantage, can management execute. Nothing I've seen in their past performance indicates to me they've been particularly adept at doing so.
Maybe I'm wrong, have had my share of mistakes, but suspect the share price will drift a few points lower, where it may be more attractive. If you're right, congratulations.
