Could have been done out of an abundance of caution.

Remember that as part of their (SJC) agreement with the Alberta Securities Commission, SJC agreed that "all news releases issued by SJL* for the next four years be authorized by at least two persons who are officers or directors, or both, of SJL*".

* SJL.V is the trading symbol for Saint Jean Carbon in Canada
