LP can be wiped out

Not IMO by a singular act of SCOTUS but as part of negotiations based on a positive outcome

so much money has been paid (real - not lent or borrowed) to Treasury that killing the LP - noting it is zero --- is within logical reach

all IMO and why I think that we can pop with a good decision

i dont think scotus deems government paid, i expect scotus just reverses motion to dismiss and remands.
