Sandbath I will leave that judgement to the OSC. I do believe mistakes were made, but question (at this point) the ILLEGALITY of it. I got burnt by a previous penny and the SMALL GROUP walked away with TONS of cash. NOTHING Happened to them it was VERY OBVIOUS in that case that deception was the RULE. by the time we discvered it, well ....
I have LEARNED my lesson and only depend on resources from posters and then VERIFY on my own. I usually will not share because I beleive it is the Companys' responsiblity to share the information when they deem the RIGHT time. I am glad they have retained a LAWYER to keep them in line (advise them) at SLJB. I am afraid the weasal was watching the chicken coop.JMHO
