There are four communication points:

1. our side, and we know our side. Most of us if not all.

2. Their side, and they know their side as per tweet.

3. They know our side and how we feel about the situation. Most of us if not all

4. We don't know their side of the story. We can speculate many things but it would be factual to hear from the horse's mouth. This is the missing link to the situation.
