I HAVE A FEW KEY POINTS - but - lets start with these three ...
1- I find it very intriguing that they move the stock to Delaware. This maneuver allows them the ability to create a three-way merger known as a 251G which effectively eliminates any debts from prior management and ownership.
2- They have done a considerable amount of admin clean up with the TA, OTC and SEC- which leads me to believe that whatever is coming in here - has been identified and required such diligence .... this can only bode quite well for shareholders IMO.
3- CLEARLY IDENTIFY that people associated with the company coming are well known and/or famous. This should never ever be underestimated in this day and age of social media investing. This one has me very very intrigued.
WITH A SHARE STRUCURE OF ONLY 15 mil or so and 9 mil float or so - this could make an easy move into dollars just by having some formalized plan start to unfold.
