Well I guess my 1st thought on this bs is They really have singled out and picked on 2 companies in 2 states.
Remember a month or so I was asking if any of the Dr's who learned the Adipose process@ USRM might be practicing in other states..
How do they just enforce this on 2 companies.. At trial how would that look..
USRM has stated it has trained over 700 practitioners.. How could they claim national enforcement..
