Moderna wasn't testing a treatment of infected individuals. Their potential population for inclusion was relatively huge.

Moderna was a $6B company before COVID juiced their stock. They have enormously greater resources for organizing a trial. It's also much easier to recruit for a vaccine than for moderate-severe COVID cases with exclusion criteria.

I'm not saying it's impossible that we'll have full enrollment within a week or two. Setting the expectation though will result in much wailing and gnashing of teeth come March 5th if we don't have results.

I'm not expecting results until late March at the absolute earliest. Late April is probably more realistic.
