KUDOS to you ~~~~ at least you HAVE a PLAN !!!

Many do NOT and just shoot from the hip. Perhaps
some buy opportunities may come along before split,
but I'm sort of doubting it. However, with democratic
congress ~~~~ "expect the unexpected" when it comes to
tobacco ~~~~~ so, just watch for those select entry points
to ADD to your ultimate goal.
