I'm not sure if people at home understand all of this. I have a small device that makes HOCL up to 200 ppm. But I can also make KOH (potassium hydroxide) with adding potassium carbonate K2CO3. I'm able to use it to separate grease from anything. I've used it to clean stoves, my smoker, car parts etc. Can you explain it like I'm 5, how catholyte works? Is catholyte KOH or NaOH? Whats the difference?
