Thanks Jerseyboy, I hadn't found a minute for that yet, but here is the excerpt from the 10-K, although I doubt anyone really had a question.

If anyone has concerns like that then due diligence is a good place to start, and I understand that the company is answering questions and concerns on the ambassador site.
