No confusion here. On its way down from $10 to $2 it broke its long term trend. Then it formed a short term uptrend to where it is today. That's not unusual after a steep drop. The Philipine announcement while nothing exciting at all, caused a few shorts to cover.
Now that that news has been digested and accounted for, I expect the stock to resume its a downtrend
