I agree. Nothing is set in stone. Maybe we should be targeting the directors rather than Robert. I'm sure the directors aren't too thrilled about the current situation.

Right on. Its not set in stone. They can cancel or reduce the RS ratio. imo

I reject the notion that the RS is set in stone.
