Never been in a stock with a RS, so what happens to the shares in our account? Do some get restricted or does it apply to the shares not in peoples accounts? Thanks

Some of your speculation I agree with

Like: I don't believe that the totality of 8 billion shares are actually owned by people. Where are they? And what is the plan forward, who knows.

And I agree here; Wei has the power to cancel shares when he takes ownership

And here: . Lazar made the shares legal to wash out the $8 million debt,

Also here, And what is the plan forward, who knows. Wei has the power to cancel shares when he takes owner And what is the plan forward, who knows.

Here I don’t agree: but I hardly doubt he cares.

Larger view for a real good startup growth companies, if they are truly serious with a grow company with earnings, the biggier and your public invested shareholders base. With all this in mind and a long view plan of up-listing to NASDAQ, Wei needs a fat plan in his macro view . Wei needs to have a strong investor base with his growth MC company. The investment trading will need to have momentum. To do a R/S too early, especially inn OTC, IMO Wei would be shooting himself in the foot. OTC IPO is to have the availability of investors getting into a growth company early, raise the SP with company earnings to a level above .50 - .75 minimum even before considering a uplisting R/S maybe 4-1.

Wei has many options and at this point, coming put of the gate, I see his best option is continue with a stronge investor foundation he has now. The exposure XMET is getting is incredible. ST now has over 5000 XMET viewer’s
Momentum is on Wei Tian’s side now with very strong buying. I see this momentum continuing to stair step strong.

The only way I see the share structure being revised is by declaring the 8 million dollar debt to share holders canceled, but the $8 million debt was caused by the over issued shares in the first place. By reading and analyzing, Lazar made the shares legal to wash out the $8 million debt, therefore cleaning the shell. I don't believe that the totality of 8 billion shares are actually owned by people. Where are they? And what is the plan forward, who knows. Wei has the power to cancel shares when he takes ownership, but I hardly doubt he cares. I think the split would be an easier/faster /less hassle /convenient route. Have some cash on the side when the reverse split happens. I don't think Wei really cares about every day traders. He wants a business, we just want to profit from his efforts.

Don’t forget it’s easier to scare people to sell out of fear, than talk someone into an investment. A simple known fact. The unknown is inherited with risk reward, hedge funds and shorts bank on it, and exaggerate it to their benefit.
DL has a success rate. It’s amusing how now many turn to say the contrary.
