For a long time the buzz has been that there is a custodian case moving forward. Last week there was a filing with the Nevada SoS, for the first time in a very long time. Considering the share structure seems to be quite favorable, there is speculation that when there is news this could run considerably. That is my interpretation of what I've been seeing.
