$BBRW is the ONLY otc buying back shares in OPEN market. PHI* ceo said he would do it 5 TIMES now and hasnt done one. He hasnt bought back one single share and 'extended' the divy and buyback over there 5 times.....5. Our CEO here is doing it and yesterday should have been obvious.
