Wednesday I sold a mill block @.0003 just to see if I could.. it worked..... Tried the whole day to get back in @.0002 but had to buy back @.0003

In the "expert" market, by definition, insiders, market makers and institutions are those allowed to participate in buying. Seen people say they were buying, I know that isn't the case with Etrade, yet maybe some brokers allow it, I can't say with 100% certainty because I don't have accounts with them all.
