Well maybe that is where our voices should be heard. Direct a shareholder letter, email, text, twitter, etc. campaign toward FINRA. Make sure they see and understand all the good reasons [that have been pointed out here and on twitter] why this RS is so ridiculous, unfair, and borderline criminal. Force FINRA to decide in our favor, if that is even a possibility.
