From what I understand, one of the reasons why Real Estate may not have been able to be rolled into the stock is due to the lack of being listed on a national exchange like NASDAQ (not OTC). That will change soon.
And I agree with you, Real Estate comes back in the picture, and the potential is absolutely mesmerizing.
