I'm understanding that the next 5 Starbuds dispensaries are equal to 5 licenses and the grow facility being purchased in this Starbuds deal is equal to another license for a total of 6 facilities that equal 6 licensing. Not 6 facilities plus 6 licenses.

Again, it's my understanding of the deal and can be corrected if wrong.

I mistyped what I did yesterday but I edited it. I just wanted to let you know that it was 5 locations and a grow so they have 6 licenses left. We also need to remember SHWZ isn't paying 100% of the price up front. It is stretched out for years.
