Well, apparently when I spoke to my brokerage they said "Gold Recycle Corp" purchased the shell of TFZI and they changed the stock serial numbers, and ticker change will be coming. Along with updated filings, they already updated the Share structure and T/A agent info, as well as new website thats under construction..
