It could be possible for them to convert the debt into the float of the stock but im not sure how much that would increase the OS of the stock. Would make a run more difficult in theory but it depends on what company moves in. TSNP ran from trip zeros to currently $1.46 with a 4 billion OS float. HCMC ran to $0.0016 with an 82 billion OS.
