There are two types of SEC Suspensions, one for SEC Registered Issuers/Filers that are delinquent in filing Financials. The second type of SEC Suspension involves questions about adequacy and/or accuracy of company information, including news releases, share issuances, stock promotions, whatever else the SEC may allege. This group comprises stocks that are not registered with the SEC and occasionally SEC Registered stocks.

In addition, the SEC stated INOH and Mark Goldberg fraudulently induced investors to buy shares of INOH so that one or more stock promoters could sell their Ovations shares in the market for a profit. Goldberg knew it was misleading, he received approximately $250,000 in return from one or more stock promoters for Goldberg’s role in issuing INOH’s false / misleading press releases.
