But they did start uploading filings for the first time since 2018. Plus a new CEO. And new information regarding the JV termination with Skyline Solar and a new acquisition being finalized. Also, very little debt and notes. Looks like a clean ticker ready for takeover.

New CEO. Take a look at the quarterly and annual reports more recently posted as opposed to the ones in 2018 and you'll see the differences. CE coming off whether you like it or not.
