Im talking about a "decline" related to common shares. Its already happening.

About 2 years ago, I could get 5 commons for each preferred, which is what I did. (sold preferred, bought common).

Now, that has declined to about 3 commons for each preferred.

The pps is a different issue, Im discussing the ratio of preferred to common.

In 2006, the preferreds were worth LESS than a share of common, about 20 percent less.

With "receivership talk" the preferreds escalated, but it was never real. They dont bankrupt profitable companies.
