Anyone know what the level/price of the last Public stock offering in Jan 2021 ..I think it was 15 million shares. I guess this will crush the chances for ino to get much past $16 share. I am underwater and getting deep with each new public offering..was January a delayed Christmas gift bonus for Kim and executives?
