Looks like they just suspended the dividend in todays news.

One of these provisions requires NGL to temporarily suspend the quarterly common unit distribution beginning with respect to the quarter ended December 31, 2020,

If you want to collect .15 you could sell some 2.50 Puts for Feb 19th of course if the price were to drop below 2.5 you would have to purchase the shares. Great way though to play the stock and make money!
