Look, State of Delaware screwed up 3 times already and had TDS lawyers dancing with papers. TDS is very professional and has all necessary docs

Look if you aren't confident in your investment sell your position and stop crying about it. There's plenty of volume to get out with lots of profit. Whining constantly is not helping anything.
