I agree PP. Institutional Investors probably have that footnote in their charters. However we may have Private Investment Clubs with looser strings when it comes to INQD. I just hope they have someone in charge who know how to trade in the OTC because OTC small retail sometimes does some really stupid stuff like causing flash crashes or stratosphere spikes.
I have been in Fidelity almost 50 years and I am not going to change because of the stop sign.
