They acquired SORC as a whole entity and not just the information that they have been working on which didn't had the rights to market/sell it. Now they have all that...makes a HUGE difference. You could be in it for last 8 years but now is the right time for everyone to get it. Not 8 years ago, that was the development phase, now they have entered the growth phase. Just like I have been in WNB_ (Cleaning solution) for last 5-6 years, in and out many times but now it is time for this ticker to fly to the moon. $$$$$$$$$
