OK ... the price of the warrant is $3.50. I assume that is the premium?

Currently GRAMF is at $10.50 plus $3.50 equals $14.00(basis)? So currently $14.00 (Warrant $3.50 + current price $10.50) with the ability to buy at $11.50. Does that mean if GRAMF increases in value by $3.50, within a 5 year period, I will be at par?

And if GRAMF is priced at $14.01 in the future, I would be in the green?

If I buy 100 warrants that give me the ability to buy 100 shares GRANF at $11.50?

With Fidelity, I assume I would be holding 100 shares of the warrant in my trading account. When I am ready to convert, purchase GRAMF, how does that transaction work on my trading platform?

The warrants for TPCO/Monogram/Caliva/Whatever they want to go by, ticker GRMWF, are good for 5 years from the qualifying transaction date (1/15/21) and give you the right to buy a share at $11.50. The holder of the warrants can trade them anytime, or exercise any time within the 5-year period but must wait 45 or 60 days(I forget which # of days, it is specified somewhere... I think I found it in the final prospectus) from the date of the qualifying transaction. The company, TPCO, has the right to exercise these warrants on your behalf at any time the share price is $18 or higher, in order to generate more capital for growth & acquisitions...
