When you have nothing to talk about, you're "developing" or "selling" and it costs time and money to stay current, hire attorneys or accountants etc you don't worry about it. You hang your keys on the hook. But if you are planning on delivering some news, have actually sold a product or two or have new partners or prospects you better get your house in order so you appear proper. legitimate and real.
