Based on the changing regs in the world of publically traded entities, it is plausible.

Custodianships have been hot this year many jumping from low trips to low doubles in the time just before the application is made (would love to know who buys in that time period) then to high doubles during the month long process and then to low pennies when the new company comes in. Synergy has a dozen or more in the works all up hundreds% to 7000% or more. Ssm Monopoly is another new player in custodianships check out avvh that one is about to finish the process, up from 0004 to 005 in 40 days.

Not much to lose at these levels and payoff would be fantastic here.
