#49124 RE: TheBullishW #49121

I don't follow stock twits, so I'll dismiss the rumor for now. Instead, what I know: PK Kirk, Inc. (formerly PK Kirk Electrical & Telecom) and DP Telecom, Inc. are two company affiliates of IHSI officers. PK Kirk, Inc., established in August 2019, pulled in Dunns & Bradstreet validated revenues of $30K in 2019. Verified $100K in PK Kirk, Inc. project-work activity in SFDBI.org for 2020. PK Kirk, Inc. public filings in CA, including 100,000,000 share ammendment at the CA SOS. Initial registration at SEC in November 2020. PK Kirk, Inc. 1-A SEC Registration Published: 2021-02-02 17:03:54. DP Telecom, Inc. -- a WY SOS registered co -- is listed in PK Kirk's website, a Phil Kirkland, IHSI Director/CFO, with 200,000,000 shares on file at the WY SOS and lists Devon Jones, IHSI CEO, as DP Telecom's President/Director. IHSI officers brought DP Telecom back to life in December 2020 with updated filings.

"IHSI merging w/ another company?"

Long background: IHSI went public in 2013. In Phil/Devon's control since. The company tweeted in 2019 the lawsuit was nearing an end, and had engaged auditors to bring IHSI current. Those July 2019 tweets overlap with the August 15, 2019 PK Kirk, Inc. 1-A filing date, but I believe lawsuit talks stalled, until yesterday's 1-A filing.

So short answer: NO.

Who do I think a merger would take place with? See above.

0.1265 per share would be scandalous. Nothing less than 3.25 is fair.
