This is the first one out of the all the “Status Checks” that reads as “Status Check: Dismissal”.

Also, this lines up with the letter from the Attorney who stated they are going to have everything ready in 105 days. February 9th is 105 days from the letter which was on October 27th.

But remember, this is what we are hoping will happen. There could always be a delay and another 60 day extension. It’s not a guarantee that everything will finalize on the 9th, but there is a decent chance. If not we just have to wait longer. As long as the judge doesn’t throw out the case everything is still in play.

But, we’ve all been waiting a while, so it would be nice to see it finalized next week.
