That is what I thought but wasn't sure. I just wanted to point out that PM is probably not buying the stock through the open market. I do think that if they feel they will lose the lawsuit, they will want to settle and if that is the case, they might be alot better off just buying the whole company instead of paying the settlement. I'm not even going to guestimate what amount that could be but just compare the current market value of HCMC to the amount of the lawsuit. Why pay a $1.5b settlement when you could probably buy the whole company for $1b (i'm just making up numbers here). Although, that would all be determined by HCMC as well. If they feel they will win a large amount from the lawsuit, they might not want to sell the company or an amount less than that.
