With UNLIMITED authorized shares registered with the WYSOS and already at least 2.1 BILLION shares in this scam PVDGs float there are plenty of shares to go around for everyone.
This company is pumping out shares like there is no tomorrow. Not surprising though given the fact that this trash ticker is basically bankrupt.
