I believe they will be very close to that number at time of buyout. Stenz, you do understand that current o/s is going up BIGLY from these raises which include WARRANTS that would be factored in - even in a firesale scenario. YES - those are part of fully diluted - as are broker warrants and Mgt goodies / over allotments etc. 200M will not be that far off as warrants expiring worthless soon hardly do anything to overall count - so few of them to matter.
