oh I was talking about Nasdaq today and OTC MMs yesterday.
GRBX or any company does not have influence over MMs in OTC. Specific MMs are in specific sectors and they used their large funds to manipulate the market.
Nasdaq is more strict- some of these MMs who don't play by the rules are only on OTC
