Ed told me yesterday that there would be about 48 residential lots on the GC property not the couple of hundred lots you suggest. With the sale of the lots and the building of the homes, there is potential for a gain of $50,000 per lot.

There is not enough land to build that many homes and keep the Country Club. The estimates in the pr were wrong with what they are now planning on building. Even with townhomes you would not get that many units. Had heard a gated housing community of 40-50 homes. I haven't seen the plat of survey so I can't confirm that is doable or not. They would be more upscale homes and eelfland had reported that there was another gated community that sold out very fast. Not sure if that was the lots sold out or lots and houses but if builders are buying the lots they must believe they are going to be able to sell the homes!
