1,070,000 is not a ton of shares, roughly $400K. That sell would not constitute "dilution" since we trade at 4X that daily on average.
Aside from that, I hope the Breakout board doesn't overheat this too quick. This should be a long play with the hopes of Nasdaq listing this year. I think of Gamestop and the damage traders have done to that reputation.
