This board LOVES DILUTION! For some reason they see you there is a sign of strength that somebody would want to invest at all in this company. What happened to the stock doubling after the raise.
They apparently have the same vision as McNally. Get money while you can even though you have a ton of money in the bank even though by hitting milestones and getting closer to FDA any raise could be done at 20% of this raise. It’s literally the dumbest thing I’ve heard and I heard it when Titan did a raise at $.50 pre-split before AGM . At meeting they said they have plenty of money in the bank, and they should be able to raise non-dilutive funds in future. Guess what, the following day they did a raise at $.42 and two weeks later at $.37. People on this board said “get it while you can”. Stock plummeted to $.20 and then eventually seven cents.
Zero visibility and never supporting the retail investor. I would vote McNally out in a heartbeat.
