Exactly Guido. I think it will be very relevant to SCOTUS' decision. While the news is old, the fact still remains that shareholders are trying to get relief from being swindled for 12 years.
When the innocent man is released from prison after 12 years, the facts of the original case were old, but now seen in the light of truth which is new.
We will eventually be released from the prison we've been put in unjustly. And if not, there are more serious problems with our gov than I thought, and I think the problems are extremely serious now...
