In my estimation, looking at the avg time

for a SPAC to come to fruition, is 10 -12 months.

Being that DISTU is half the normal SPAC for raising
capital, 50 million. Earlybird capital should be able to
finish this in 10 months. JMHO

Give that, the first s-1 was signed and backdated to
JULY2020. SO, we are 7 months in already...at least.

So, you have 3 months more or 12 weeks.......

But the interesting thing is they have to clarify
what LICH is in DISTU prospectus to shareholders
and funders,,,, So news could come today, tomorrow,
or in the next several weeks.

Flipping aint a smart option at this point,
