Please do not call acquiring more products growth. Data433 is where products that never found their place in a very competitive market get recycled. They blew the dust off the two most recent products and sold them to Jason for only 135K each.
So you held shares before the reverse split a year and a half ago with the same mindset of growth through acquisitions. The letter to shareholders at the time promoted exactly what you just posted. So they supposedly grew through acquisitions yet those shares are now worth .0001 post reverse split.
Now that this continues and the price has dropped from .70s to .005 in less than a year while the losses and debt grew even more. Can you explain how this will ever benefit those that are funding this enterprise who consider themselves long and “investors”? The only people who have ever made money here are Jason and company, flippers, and most of all the debt holders.
Funding the acquisition pipeline is exactly the business model and the story is making many rich and many others poorer. They will once again reverse split, start again with a clean slate. The letter to shareholders June 2019 really is the template for how this company actually makes its money which is simply through the selling of shares in my opinion. Does the contents of the letter sound familiar? Keep in mind that the share price at this time was less than .002.
