I guess I will just assume it is new money in the market like the Reddit types.
It is really quite interesting..
1st thought it was only the OTC CE stocks.. but it appears to be all the OTC..
I have never seen action like this in the OTC.. But kind of funny I predicted it over 20 years ago..
That the internet and social networking would cause new investors to what were worthless shares printed on pink sheets..
