What a dagger in the judges order today: "By representing that its RAND royalty claims are still pending in the California cases, Hynix seems to suggest that it is willing to take licenses for invalidated patents. The Court is not in a place to judge Hynix’s business acumen, but it appears to the Court that Hynix keeps its RAND claims in the California cases solely to gain certain tactical advantages."

morning i would say that TX judge is done with frivolous delays
